Juniper Communities Honors Three Executive Directors at National Leadership Conference

[Bloomfield, NJ] - Three Executive Directors from Juniper Communities were named Executive Directors of the Year at the organization’s National Leadership Conference. To earn this title, leaders must embody the Juniper spirit while delivering superior results across all key performance indicators.

This year’s honorees are Janel Kohaut of Juniper Village at Chatham, Erin Garcia of Juniper Village at Lebanon, and Laura Bolstad of Juniper Village at Washington Square, representing different regions across Juniper Communities. Each was recognized for a distinct leadership approach to their work.
