Juniper Communities Promotes Rikki L. Goldenberg to National Director

Juniper Communities, a leading owner and operator of senior living communities, proudly announces the promotion of Rikki L. Goldenberg to National Director of Catalyst, overseeing technology and strategic elements of its signature Catalyst program. Previously serving as Catalyst Implementation Specialist, Goldenberg brings a wealth of experience and vision to this expanded leadership role.

In her new position, Goldenberg will focus on scaling and refining the Catalyst model to serve both residents and nonresidents of Juniper Villages. Her responsibilities include ensuring the technological infrastructure is in place to support the program's success and enhancing its offerings. Catalyst, a value-based care model, empowers individuals to personalize their living experience with options such as tailored dining, fitness, and wellness services.

An overarching goal of Catalyst is to position Juniper as a community hub, offering nutrition, fitness, and wellness services to the greater public. By welcoming individuals from outside its communities, Juniper aims to broaden its impact and establish itself as a trusted resource for healthy living. Program success will be evaluated through increased community engagement and utilization of these services.

Juniper Communities currently operates 27 properties providing Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. These properties are located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Colorado, and Delaware.
