KinderSmile Foundation’s 19th Annual Give Kids A Smile Day!

BLOOMFIELD, N.J. (January 29, 2026) – KinderSmile Foundation will be celebrating Give Kids A Smile Day on February 6th at all three Dental Homes in Bloomfield, Newark, and Trenton to provide uninsured children ages 0-13 with free preventive care appointments. This nation-wide program helps remove barriers to quality dental care while reinforcing the importance of oral hygiene at a young age.

During the event, children have access to free appointments that include oral health education, nutritional counseling, dental exams, X-rays, cleanings, and fluoride applications. All children, regardless of insurance status, will be linked to a Dental Home to ensure continuity of care and follow-up services. KinderSmile Foundation will honor Give Kids A Smile Day for the remainder of February, Give Kids a Smile Month!

Dental disease remains the most common chronic condition affecting economically disadvantaged children. Since its founding in 2007, KinderSmile Foundation has worked to address this crisis, providing care to thousands of patients across New Jersey and at thirteen locations worldwide.
