Man Robbed While Waiting For Bus In Bloomfield: Police

The 19-year-old victim told Bloomfield officers that four men robbed him on North 16th Street and 1st Avenue.

Bloomfield, NJ – A Bloomfield man reported that he was robbed while waiting for the bus last week, authorities say.

According to the Bloomfield Police Department, the 19-year-old victim told officers that four men robbed him around 9:30 p.m., as he was waiting for a bus at North 16th Street and 1st Avenue.

The men allegedly approached the victim and punched him several times, eventually taking $60 from his pocket, police said.
