More Bloomfield Spray Paint Vandalism Reported
Who's been cutting loose with spray paint in Bloomfield?

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Who is the mysterious spray paint vandal – or vandals – that have been leaving marks all over Bloomfield?
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, at least four incidents of “graffiti” vandalism have taken place in town during the past month.
- Dec. 12 - Police responded to 306 Hoover Avenue on a report of graffiti. A retaining wall in front of the building was sprayed with red spray paint.
- Dec. 14 - Police were alerted to four different graffiti locations in the area of JFK North at the James Street Bridge. A Public Grounds Supervisor discovered the spray-painted areas which were photographed and forwarded for further investigation. All graffiti was removed by the Department of Public Works.
- Dec. 15 - A vehicle parked in a parking lot on Bloomfield Avenue was damaged with spray paint. An unknown actor(s) sprayed the side of the vehicle with black spray paint.
- Dec. 26 - Police discovered graffiti in several areas of the train station located at 250 Glenwood Avenue. Four locations were sprayed with black spray paint. The graffiti was photographed for further investigation.
