NJ Fitness Factory Opens Group Personal Training Facility

Fall is the perfect time to get a handle
on your fitness goals, and the team to help you reach them is Marc Ronches and
Russ Teitsma of Montclair's Fitness Factory, the 1-on-1 personal
training studio on Valley Road. 

On September 16th, the successful duo opened their second location -- a

state-of-the-art training center featuring small-group as well as individual sessions --
at 365 Broad Street in Bloomfield.  

The public is invited to the Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, October 19, 12.00 - 3.00 pm ~ Ribbon Cutting at 12.30 pm

"We are passionate about helping
people reach their weight and fitness goals," enthuses Marc
Ronches. "Our clients in Montclair are amazing and they know we're
committed to their success." Adds Russ Teitsma, "The expansion
into Bloomfield with small-group sessions and nutrition services gives more
people the opportunity to get fit and feel better in a fun, non-intimidating
atmosphere. And at a great opening price, too." 

NJ Fitness Factory/Bloomfield features a
5,500 square-foot studio, outfitted with the latest in group personal training
equipment: TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes, Bosu balls, jump ropes, and
more. Sessions led by certified personal trainers are held 6 days a
week and are 35-minutes in length "because," says Marc, "we make
it super-efficient for people to get the most effective workout in the shortest
amount of time." Sessions are a mix of strength training, interval
training, and fat-burning cardio. 

Not a hardbody just yet?! No worries, because NJFF's programs are designed for
people at all fitness levels, even beginners. 

Built into the monthly membership is a weekly
group session with NJFF's on-staff nutritionist -- a unique service to help
clients stay focused on the equally important diet & lifestyle component.
