No Injuries Reported In Bloomfield Fender Bender

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A minor motor vehicle accident on Bloomfield Avenue didn’t result in any injuries earlier this month, according to police.

The crash between the 1999 Nissan Maxima and a 1999 Mercury Sable took place around 3:10 p.m. on Aug. 11 near Bloomfield Avenue and Ella Street. The driver of the Nissan told officers that he was pulling out of the parking lot at 324 Bloomfield Avenue when he collided with the Mercury, according to a Bloomfield Police Department incident report.

Saturday afternoon traffic was temporarily tied up as the scene was cleared.
