Nonprofit Releases Guide On Zoning, Planning In Essex County
Do you care about how – and where – things are built in your town? Catch up on the basics of planning and zoning with The Jersey Bee.
ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — A nonprofit news organization serving eastern Essex County has put out its latest “explainer” guide, and it may have some useful information for anyone who cares about how – and where – things get built in their town.

“But cities and towns may have hundreds of zoning regulations and each municipality has its own set of rules,” the nonprofit added, sharing a guide that aims to educate people about the basics of land use and development (read it here).
