According to a statement from the township, the incident took place at 27 Park Place.
The collapse occurred at the northeast corner of the roof due to water damage, affecting one apartment directly. Significant water leakage spread throughout multiple units, prompting evacuation of the entire building – which has been deemed “uninhabitable” by the Bloomfield Building Department.
