A sewer main break in Bloomfield caused traffic changes and delays on Wednesday, officials said.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A sewer main break in Bloomfield caused traffic changes and delays on Wednesday, officials said.
The Bloomfield Police Department released details about the sewer main break:
“Please be advised that Orange St. between Hill St. - Bloomfield Ave. will have Road Construction on Wednesday June 7, 2023. There will be a Sewer Main REPAIR Detail on Orange St. Orange St. Will have (1) Lane CLOSED NORTHBOUND from Hill St. - Bloomfield Ave. All vehicles exiting the Home Depot will have to exit out through the South Exit onto Orange St.”
Commuters should expect delays and plan an alternate route, police said.
