Soccer Reigns Supreme at St. Thomas the Apostle

The Varsity Soccer Team of St. Thomas the Apostle School won its 4th Championship in 5 years!

The St. Thomas the Apostle School Varsity Soccer Team of Bloomfield, was able to complete it’s season on November 15th with a shootout win against St. Joseph’s of Mendehm under the lights at Nutley Turf Field. St. Thomas finished the season with a record of 7-1 and won the GIL Championship (Grammar Independent League). This is the 4th Championship for St. Thomas in the past 5 years. The team played all season with determination, discipline, and great sportsmanship. This is a Co-Ed team that pairs 7th and 8th grade boys and girls against the best that the Grammar Independent League has to offer.
