Franklin Elementary School was buzzing with anticipation on Friday afternoon as friends, families and a classroom full of excited schoolchildren waited to see whether beloved kindergarten teacher Anjelle Facciponte's Prince Charming, Joseph Rullis, would show up.
The children stood in a row, holding up handmade letters reading, "Will You Marry Me?" --as behind them, cameras ready, the grown ups waited breathlessly to see what would happen.
