Suspect Identified In Bloomfield Church Burglary, Police Say
A man entered the church just before Mass began, taking about $800 in donation collections, Bloomfield police said.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield detectives have identified a suspect in a burglary that took place at a local church last week, authorities announced Thursday.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, officers responded to Sacred Heart Church on Broad Street on Sunday after getting a report about a burglary.
Police said that a man entered the church just before Mass began, taking about $800 in donation collections from several rooms upstairs.

“Bloomfield detectives positively identified the suspect and he will be charged accordingly,” authorities reported.
Police didn’t name the suspect in an initial statement about the burglary.
