Thief Steals DoorDash Driver’s Car In Bloomfield: Police
A car thief stole a DoorDash driver's car during a weekend delivery in Bloomfield, authorities said.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A thief recently stole a DoorDash driver’s car during a weekend delivery in Bloomfield, authorities said.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, the theft took place on the 200-block of Berkeley Avenue on Sunday.
The owner of the car told officers he was delivering an order in the area and left his black, 2007 Toyota Camry running. When he returned to the vehicle, he saw a black car nearby.

An unknown person then jumped into the victim’s Camry and fled the scene, police said.
The vehicle was entered as NCIC stolen. Police are investigating the incident.
