Vehicles Stolen In Bloomfield On Oakland, Berkeley Avenues
A 2000 Honda and a 1999 Ford van with painting equipment inside were stolen in Bloomfield, police said.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A pair of back-to-back vehicle thefts took place on Oakland and Berkeley avenues earlier this month, police said.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, the following incidents were recently reported in the township:
Nov. 13 - A resident from Oakland Avenue responded to headquarters to report a motor vehicle theft. The vehicle owner parked his vehicle on Spruce Street on Nov. 12 at 6:30 p.m. The next morning at 6 a.m., his vehicle was not where he parked it and a different vehicle was parked in the spot. The vehicle is described as a gold, four-door 2000 Honda with NJ registration Y27DXU. The vehicle was entered NCIC stolen.

Nov. 14 - An officer responded to Berkeley Avenue on report of a motor vehicle theft. The complainant reports that someone stole his work van that was parked in front of his residence. The van had painting equipment valued at $1,500 inside. The van is a 1999 white Ford van with NJ registration J51KDV. The vehicle was entered NCIC stolen.
