Visions for Vacancies: What Should Move Into 562 Bloomfield Ave.?

In this installment of Visions for Vacancies, the Bloomfield Patch asks: what do you think should move into 562 Bloomfield Ave., the former movie theater?

All possibilities are on the table. We ask you to forget what zone it's in, ignore setback regulations, dump-lot coverage rules, and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

This three-story building is located in the heart of Bloomfield's bustling downtown business district. With a large interior and close to Broad Street, this building's limited on-street parking is made up for by a plethora of parking in the rear of the building. 

So what do you think should move in, Bloomfield? And don't just say another theater!
