BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Bloomfield town council’s first meeting of the year included updates about finance, traffic and animal control.

Council meetings are held at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers on second floor of the Municipal Building, 1 Municipal Plaza. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 23.
