Weekend Hit-And-Run In Bloomfield Results In Injury: Police
A hit-and-run collision took place in Bloomfield. The driver and vehicle have been located, authorities said.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A hit-and-run collision that resulted in an injury took place in Bloomfield last weekend, authorities said.
A car hit a pedestrian around 7:30 a.m. near the intersection of Franklin Street and Watsessing Avenue on Sunday, a Bloomfield Police Department spokesperson said.
The driver and vehicle have been located, he said. The following tickets will be issued: 39:4-129c - Leaving the Scene of an MVA with Injuries, and 39:4-36a(1) - Failure to Yield to Ped. In a Crosswalk.
