$10K Powerball Ticket Sold At Wawa in Brick

Some lucky Wawa customer has won a $10,000 third prize in Saturday’s Powerball drawing, state lottery officials announced Monday.

The lone third-prize ticket matched four white balls and the Powerball and was bought at Wawa 997, 116 Brick Boulevard, at the southern end of town, according to Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger.

In addition to the third prizewinning ticket, there were 28,630 New Jersey players who took home an
estimated $162,620 in prizes ranging from $4 to $300, Hedinger said.

The winning numbers for the Saturday, Sept. 13 drawing were: 01, 06, 16, 37 and 53. The Red
Power Ball number was 27. The Multiplier number was 03.

The Powerball jackpot will roll to $171 million for the next drawing to be held Wednesday,
Sept. 17, lottery officials said.
