2 Hurt In Brick Blvd. Crash

BRICK, NJ -- Two people were taken to the hospital Thursday night following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Brick Boulevard and Chambersbridge Road.

The crash between an SUV and a light-colored four-door sedan left the sedan sitting in the southbound lanes of Brick Boulevard facing north. Its passenger-side curtain airbags had deployed and it had damage to the rear passenger door.

The dark-colored SUV was sitting in the eastbound lane of Chambersbridge with damage to its front end.

One person from the SUV was taken by Brick Police EMS to the hospital, and a second person, fron the sedan, was taken later, also by Brick Police EMS.

No further information was immediately available.
