4 Charged After Crack Cocaine Found In Brick Home: Police
The homeowners and a Jackson man all face charges of possession; distribution charges also were filed against three of them, police said.

BRICK, NJ — Four people were arrested Tuesday on drug charges after a search at a home on Creek Road turned up crack cocaine and other items, Brick police said Wednesday.
Michael Laux, 54; Denise Laux, 54, and Anna Laux, 24, all of Brick, and Michael Alston, 40, of Jackson, all were charged after the Brick Township Police Department's Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant on the home about 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sgt. Jim Kelly said.

Michael Laux, the homeowner, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, paraphernalia and maintaining a nuisance. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail to await a detention hearing.
Alston was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and paraphernalia. Alston also was taken to the Ocean County Jail to await a detention hearing.

Anna Laux was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of liquid methadone, possession of Xanax and paraphernalia. She received a summons and was released pending a court date.
Denise Laux was charged with possession of crack cocaine and paraphernalia, and released with a summons.
