4 Charged, Heroin Seized In Brick Drug Investigation: Police
The four, all from Brick Township, after police witnessed a drug transaction in a parking lot, authorities said.

BRICK, NJ — Four people were arrested and more than 50 bags of heroin seized in a drug investigation by the Brick Township Police Department Street Crimes Unit, Brick police said Friday.
Todd Britton, 33; Tiffany Dannecker, 32; Gabriel Mosier, 34, and Michael Picurro, 33, all of Brick, were arrested July 31 following a drug transaction that police witnesses in the parking lot at Sky Zone in Lakewood, Brick Sgt. Jim Kelly said.
A search warrant had been issued for a home on Hollycrest Drive in Brick. Detectives saw Britton and Dannecker, who were under investigation, driving a white Jeep that they parked at Sky Zone on New Hampshire Avenue, Kelly said. While there, they met up with Mosier and Picurro. Detectives witnessed a brief hand-to-hand transaction, then both vehicles drove away, Kelly said.

Detectives pulled Mosier and Picurro over in the Quick Chek parking lot on New Hampshire Avenue, and Brick Sgt. Keith Donnelly and several Lakewood police units assisted. Mosier and Picurro were arrested., he said.
At the same time, Brick detectives stopped Britton and Dannecker on Beaverson Boulevard and both were arrested. They then executed the search warrant at the Hollycrest Drive home and found drug paraphernalia and evidence of drug use consistent with heroin and crack cocaine, Kelly said.

Mosier was charged with possession of heroin, paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe on a warrant and taken to the Ocean County Jail, Kelly said.
Picurro was charged with possession of heroin, paraphernalia, and multiple motor vehicle summonses and released pending a court date, he said.
Britton was charged with possession of heroin, paraphernalia, conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of crack cocaine, and was charged via a summons, Kelly said.
Dannecker was charged with possession of heroin, paraphernalia, possess with the intent to distribute heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of crack cocaine and distribution of heroin, and was charged via a summons, he said.
Lakewood police assisted with the investigations, he said.
