4 Face Drug Charges After Brick Street Crimes Unit Arrests
Crack cocaine and heroin were seized during the arrests, police said.

BRICK, NJ — Four people were arrested recently in a continuing effort by the Brick Township Police Street Crimes Unit to curtail drug activity in the township, police said.
Two people were arrested Sept. 9 in the area of Maple Leaf Park, Patrol Officer Victoria Finelli said.
Patrol Officer Scott Smith pulled over a vehicle about 8:30 p.m. that detectives said was associated with "suspicious activity" and Smith's K-9 partner Echo sniffed the exterior and had a positive indication on the vehicle, she said.

Joni Briton, 30, of Brick, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, loitering to obtain a controlled dangerous substance, possession of paraphernalia, failure to turn over CDS, driving while suspended and operating an unsafe motor vehicle, Finelli said.
Jason Feliciano, 34, of Brick, was charged with loitering to obtain CDS, possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to turn over CDS, she said.

Both were taken to the Ocean County Jail and later released to await court proceedings.
On Sept. 13, police arrested Vincent Corcoran, 33, of Brick, about 6 p.m. at the McDonald's on Van Zile Road. Police were called about a person who appeared to be under the influence and their investigation turned up several wax folds containing heroin, along with several needles containing heroin and about 2 ounces of marijuana packaged in several bags. The detectives sent the marijuana for destruction.
Corcoran was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of CDS, possession of alprazolam and possession of a hypodermic syringe. He was released on a summons.
On Sept. 15 about 6:30 p.m. detectives arrested Timothy Yeoman, 33, of Brick, after they were called to the 7-Eleven on Mantoloking Road about a man who appeared to be under the influence of CDS. Further investigation led to Yeoman's arrest. He was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of CDS and he was released on a summons.
