5 Brick Residents Indicted In Monmouth County Crime Cases: Prosecutor

The charges range from drug counts to a charge of passing a bad check, according to the indictments.

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ -- Six Brick residents were named recently in indictments handed up by a Monmouth County grand jury sitting in Freehold Township.

The indictments, dated March 15, were released late last week by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

Jason M. McNab, 31, of Manor Drive, Brick, was indicted on a charge of possession of heroin, in a Nov. 13 incident in Bradley Beach.

Allen S. Edgerton Jr., 45, of Cherry Quay Road, Brick, was indicted on a charge of possession of heroin in a Dec. 3 incident in Asbury Park.

Sean R. Provenzano, 30, of Elmwood Drive, Brick, was indicted on a charge of possession of heroin in a Dec. 7 incident in Howell.

Annmarie Hawkins, 54, of Winding River Road, Brick, was indicted on a charge of passing a bad check worth more than $1,000 to Spring Lake Manor on Sept. 17 in Spring Lake.

Christopher E. Callahan, 24 of Daybreak Court, Brick, was indicted on a charge of possession of heroin in a Dec. 9 incident in Asbury Park.

Christian M. Roman, 26, of Harding Avenue, Brick, and Lesly Valentin, 30, of 3rd Avenue, Asbury Park, were indicted on charges of possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute and distribution of heroin in a Nov. 18 incident in Wall. Additionally, Valentin was indicted on a charge of credit card theft.
