Brick Man Dies As Pickup Overturns In Parkway Crash

LAKEWOOD, NJ — A Brick Township man died Tuesday when his pickup truck ran off the Garden State Parkway in Lakewood, New Jersey State Police said.

Anthony Guido, 59, was killed in the crash that was reported at 8:14 p.m. on the northbound side of the Parkway near milepost 89.8 in Lakewood, Sgt. First Class Charles Marchan said.

Guido was driving a Toyota pickup north when the pickup ran off the road, hit a guardrail and bushes and overturned, Marchan said.

Guido suffered fatal injuries, he said.

The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information is available, he said.
