Backpacks, School Supplies Offered To Needy Families By Brick PBA

The backpacks and supplies were donated by a community member to support students whose families are struggling to make ends meet.

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Police Benevolent Association has backpacks filled with school supplies available for Brick Township children in need for the 2023-24 school year.

The backpacks and supplies are free and were donated by Rodney Coursey, a community stakeholder who has partnered with police to serve families in high-risk neighborhoods, Brick PBA Local 230 wrote on its Facebook page.

Families who need backpacks and school supplies for school-aged children can pick them up from the front desk at the police station, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, while supplies last.
