BRICK, NJ — A forecast that includes more thunderstorms for Thursday evening has prompted Brick Township officials to postpone SummerFest at Windward Beach Park. The concert by Boathouse Row and the fireworks that were to follow have been rescheduled for Thursday, Aug. 15, township officials said. The forecast from the National Weather Service Mount Holly says heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected starting anytime after 1 p.m.
