Beach Badges On Sale In Brick Now

Badges and parking passes are now available for purchase at the Recreation Center

The longer days and the peek we had over the weekend at summer are the kinds of reminders that get people thining about the beach.

Beach badges are now available for the 2015 summer season for all three of Brick’s oceanfront beaches and for Windward Beach Park.

Brick Beach 1 is at 310 Route 35 North; Brick Beach 2 is at 354 Route 35 North and Brick Beach 3 is at 440 Route 35 North.

Beach badges are $25 before June 15, $30 after. Children ages 12 and under are free. Daily wristbands are $5 for beaches 1 and 3 only. Season parking stickers are $30, and daily parking is $5.

Seniors age 65 by Sept. 1 may receive free daily badges for beaches 1 and 3 only, and are only available at those two beaches. Senior season parking passes are $15.

Windward Beach Park is at 254 Princeton Ave., and while admission to park is free, badges are needed for the bathing area.

The beaches will be open on the weekends only from Memorial Day weekend to June 15, and seven days a week from June 16 to Labor Day.

Badges can be purchased at the recreation office, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The office is at 270 Chambersbridge Road. Call 732-262-1072 for more information.
