
The National Weather Service is calling for another great beach day, with sunny skies and a low risk of rip currents.
Temperatures will be in the mid 80s, with northwest beach winds around five miles per hour, becoming south in the afternoon.
Waves will be around three feet, with south swells around two feet. The surf temperature is 76 degrees.

The rip current risk is low, but strong currents can still occur near piers and jetties and other areas, especially during the low tide cycle. Beachgoers should swim in guarded areas and talk with guards about any hazards in the surf zone.
High tide at Barnegat Inlet will be at 9:48 a.m.
