Beach And Surf Report: July 23, 2015
Sunny skies, low risk of rip currents forecast for today.

Another beautiful day at the Jersey Shore.
The National Weather Service is calling for sunny skies and a low risk of rip currents.
Today’s high will be in the lower 80s. Beach winds will be from five to 10 miles per hour. Waves will be around two feet, with south swells around two feet.
The ocean water temperature is 75 degrees. Rip current risk is low, but strong currents can occur near piers and jetties, especially during the low tide cycle. Bathers are advised to swim only in areas where lifeguards are present and talk to them about any hazards in the surf zone.
High tide at Barnegat Inlet will be at 1:45 p.m. Low tide will occur at 8 p.m.
