The Beachview Residence Opens in Atlantic City

Affordable housing for seniors 55 and older and developmentally disabled adults

Homes Now, Inc. Founder and President, Carol Wolfe and RPM Development President Ed Martoglio are proud to announce the opening of The Beachview Residence in Atlantic City.  Located approximately 200 feet from the boardwalk in a residential community, many of these units offer unobstructed views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.  These one and two bedroom apartments will provide permanent housing to low income seniors (55 and over) and an additional 15 apartments will serve individuals with disabilities.

Homes began planning this project almost five ears ago.  About 18 months ago, Homes welcomed RPM to partner as well as construct and manage the facility.  Carol Wolfe offered congratulations to Ed Martoglio and complimented him and his team on the construction and upgrade of the entire project.  The quality and design of the building are state of the art and include stainless steel Energy STAR appliances and a variety of on-site amenities and social services, especially its 6th floor rooftop garden where residents can relax and listen to the waves gently splashing on the beach.  Additional amenities include on-site parking, community room, direct beach access and a host of other features for the comfort of our residents.

Homes and RPM thanked their teams and Wells Fargo, New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City of Atlantic City for their support.  They also thanked neighbors for their support and cooperation during the construction process.
