The Brick Township Planning Board hearing on the application to build 59 homes on the 30-acre site is nearing the public comment stage.

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Planning Board is scheduled to continue hearing the proposal to put 59 homes on a 30-acre parcel in the Breton Woods on Monday.
The hearing on "The Havens at Metedeconk" development proposed by D.R. Horton, the developer of the parcel off Laurel Avenue, is set for 7 p.m. at the Brick Township Civic Center, 270 Chambers Bridge Road.
The previous hearing, in June, focused on the stormwater management plan and the potential for flooding. The hearing is expected to continue with questions for the Horton professionals on the stormwater plans.
