Brick Updates 2016 Christmas/New Year's Trash, Recycling Schedules
The holidays are disrupting public works pickups and hours at the township's recycling center. Here's the information.
BRICK, NJ — Brick Township officials on Tuesday updated the Public Works schedule for the next two weeks, with the Christmas and New Year's holidays' effect on the township's public works collections.
The schedule released Monday has been changed; here are the updated hours:
No collections on Monday, Dec. 26, in observance of Christmas. All collections are delayed one day for the week (Monday's collections will be done Tuesday, Tuesday's on Wednesday, and so on).

Public Works and the township recycling center will close at 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 23 and will not be open on Christmas Eve.
No collections on Monday, Jan. 2 in observance of New Year's Day. All collections delayed one day for the week.
