Brick Awards Paving Bids For Bay Harbor Project
The township is taking bids on two other projects, part of ongoing work to refurbish the town's streets.
BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Council has approved the award of a contract for roadwork and paving in Bay Harbor.
The contract, awarded to Meco Inc. of Clarksburg, is for work on Van Courtland Drive, Marilyn Drive, Shay Lane and Aida Way.
It includes milling and repaving the streets, adding ramps to sidewalks that comply with the Americans with Disabilites Act, sidewalk repairs, replacing inlet grates, installing drainage pipe, and making curb repairs.

Meco was the lowest bidder at $384,749.12.

The township is accepting bids on two more paving and road improvement projects.
One includes work on Vanard Drive, Mathis Drive and Waterway Court; the second is on the barrier island, at Deauville Drive, Sunset Boulevard, Bay Avenue, Squan Beach Drive and Curtis Point Drive.
