Brick-Brick Memorial Football Clash Opens 2016 Season
The annual crosstown high school battle begins the quest for the playoffs. See the teams' full football schedules below.

BRICK, NJ — The 2016 New Jersey high school football season gets fully underway this weekend across the state, with dozens of games. For Brick and Brick Memorial, the season again begins with the crosstown clash between the schools.
The game, at Brick Memorial's field this year, kicks off at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Township and school district officials — along with student groups — have been working to tone down the rhetoric that has turned the game nasty in recent years through the prominently communicated #BrickUnited phrase and message.
