Halloran and Crate fill the seats that had belonged to Bob Moore and Susan Lydecker. Moore ran as an independent after he was excluded from the Democrats’ slate, and Crate filled Lydecker’s slot when Lydecker withdrew.

The council will reorganize and choose a council president and vice president for 2016, as well as set meeting dates.
