Brick Couple Charged In Robbery Of Brick Adult Bookstore
Colin Evans and Erin Bozeth are being held in the Ocean County Jail on robbery and drug charges

A Brick Township couple is facing robbery charges after an investigation linked them to the armed robbery of the Pleasure Zone adult bookstore, Brick police said Monday afternoon.
Colin H. Evans, 30, and Erin N. Bozeth, 35, both of Mantoloking Road, have been charged with robbery in connection with the Oct. 19 robbery of the store on Chambersbridge Road, in which $1,000 was taken, Sgt. Henry Drew said.
They were charged with the robbery on Friday, after an intensive investigation by Detective Gregory Mullarkey, assisted by Detective Robert Shepherd.

Evans and Bozeth had been arrested Oct. 19 on numerous drug charges and had been held in the Ocean County Jail, Toms River, on those charges since that night, Drew said.
Evans is charged with robbery, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin), possession of CDS paraphernalia, and possession of nine hypodermic syringes. His bail on those charges is set at $215,000 with no 10 percent option. Ocean County Jail inmate records reveal he additionally is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of moveable property, receiving stolen property and willful nonsupport of a child.

Bozeth’s bail is currently set at $115,000 with no 10 percent on the robbery charge. She additionally is charged with drug possession, and separately charged with one count of possession, distribution, manufacturing or dispensing of a CDS, and with one count of fencing stolen property.
