Brick Farmers Market Reopening Postponed Amid Rainy Forecast
Heavy rain, wind and thunderstorms in the forecast for Saturday are delaying the return of the weekly market for 2022.
BRICK, NJ — Just when you thought warmth and sunny days had finally arrived, strong storms expected to roll in this weekend have led Brick officials to cancel Saturday's Brick Farmers Market.
The popular farmers market is returning for 2022 with local farmers, producers, artisans and crafters bringing fresh produce and products to the community.
It is held Saturdays at Windward Beach Park from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and while it is usually rain or shine, Saturday's weather forecast is predicting thunderstorms and wind gusts of up to 55 mph.

Residents age 60 and older can take the Senior Shuttle to the farmers market. It will run every other Saturday and is slated to begin May 14. Read more: Brick Farmers Market Will Have Senior Shuttle Rides Available
