Brick Man Arrested After Trying To Get Into Crashed Work Van: Report
Breaking: Police said the man owned the van that was involved in a crash that shut down Route 88 on Wednesday.

BRICK, NJ — A Brick Township man was arrested Wednesday after he kept trying to get into a work van that was involved in a Route 88 crash, according to a report.
The Asbury Park Press reported Michael Raccuglia, 52, of Brick was charged with obstruction of the administration of justice on Wednesday. Raccuglia showed up at the accident scene and tried to get into the van, which had power lines lying on it, despite repeated orders from police to stay away, according to the report.
Raccuglia owned the work van, the report said. The name of the company was not available.

The crash happened shortly before 2 p.m. and forced the closure of Route 88 between Old Squan Road and Folsom Drive for more than two hours, tying up traffic in an area where traffic is routinely troublesome. The closure was just east of St. Dominic's Roman Catholic Church.
No one was injured in the crash, according to the report.
