Mullen has developed some kind of a legendary status at Wall Stadium. On one day last year, he won first place in the “over 40” Legend race with the #23 car, according to the JerseyWordGirl blog.

It was the first time Mullen had raced a "Legend" car, "only having sat in one before," according to the blog.
