Brick Man Indicted On Heroin Charges: Prosecutor

A Brick man has been indicted on heroin charges, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said.

Nicholas R. Viviani, 25, of Homestead Drive, was indicted Wednesday by a Monmouth County grand jury on  one count each of possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute and possession of suboxone, according to the indictment released by the prosecutor's office.

The incident occurred March 5 in Wall, according to the indictment.
