Brick Man Took Porn Photos With Babies, FBI Says

The photos were discovered on his computer during a child pornography investigation, an FBI complaint says.

BRICK, NJ — A Brick Township man has been charged with sexually exploiting two infants after authorities found explicit photos of him with both of them, according to an FBI complaint.

Sebastien Attar, 34, is being held at the Monmouth County jail in Freehold Township following his arrest on Jan. 25 in connection with the charges, according to federal court records.

According to the complaint, Attar's computer was seized March 6, 2018, when authorities executed a search warrant at his home in Brick as part of a child pornography investigation. When authorities reviewed the computer, they found multiple photos that "appear to have be self-produced" of Attar engaged in sexual acts with the babies.

The complaint cited two specific photos as part of the evidence against Attar. In one, he is holding an infant estimated to be less than 6 months old on his lap and is engaged in a sexual act.

Attar was identified based on his wedding ring in the photo, and the setting was the bedroom of his former home in Jackson, as identified by a relative, the complaint said.

In the other, a second baby of less than a year old is sitting in a walker when the sexual act occurred. Both photos were taken in early 2015, the complaint said.

The complaint says Attar's computer contained "numerous" image of Attar exploiting the babies.

According to federal court records, Attar waived his preliminary appearance and was taken to the Monmouth County jail.
