Brick Planners To Hear Stormwater Master Plan, Beacon 70 Proposal
The Brick Township Planning Board meeting Wednesday night includes an hour for the town's stormwater management plan.
BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Planning Board is scheduled to meet starting at 6 p.m. Wednesday to hold a hearing on the township's stormwater management plan.
That meeting will be followed by the regular Planning Board session, which includes a hearing on the application by Beacon 70 to add a lounge to the restaurant.
The 1,400-square-foot patio lounge would be constructed beneath the 1,400-square-foot deck that was recently built at the restaurant on Route 70, just south of Brick Boulevard.

The application includes 10 additional parking spaces to accommodate patrons for the new lounge area.
The regular session of the planning board begins at 7 p.m. and will be held in the municipal building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road.
