Brick Preschool Lottery Applications Open Online

The district will be accepting applications online for the 2020-2021 school year.

BRICK, NJ — Parents looking to enter their children into the lottery for the Brick Township Schools' preschool program are now able to register online.

The preschool lottery application opened March 2 and will be available through March 27.

The lottery registration is online this year as the district takes steps to avoid issues that arose last year when paper applications were misplaced, leading to a redrawing of the lottery.

For the 2020-2021 preschool year, children who are currently enrolled in the program for 3-year-olds will be automatically enrolled in the program for 4-year-olds, the district said.

For parents whose children are not currently attending the district's preschool program at Warren H. Wolf School, the following are the requirements for entering the lottery:

Make sure your child meets the age requirements. To be eligible for the program, your child's birthdate must fall in the range of Oct. 2, 2015, and Oct. 1, 2017, including those dates.

You must have the following documents scanned or in digital format, so you can upload them during the lottery registration process. Acceptable formats are PDF, JPG or BMP.

  • Parent/Guardian's ID (Driver's License)
  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Primary Proof of Residence: (1 of the following)
    • Original Deed
    • Mortgage or Mortgage Statement
    • Original Lease/Rental agreement
    • Third Party Residence Form (Parts A and B) signed and notarized affidavit of homeowner/landlord attesting to proof of residency.
  • Secondary Proof of Residence: (3 of the following) Upload the page of the document that displays the mailing address:
    • Financial/Bank Statement
    • Utility Bill
    • Credit Card Statement
    • Cell Phone Bill
    • Cancelled Check
    • Automobile or Renter's Insurance Statement
    • Employment Documents such as a Paycheck or Benefit Statement.

When the registration opens on Monday, visit the school district website to register.
