Brick Rec Department Activities Canceled Saturday Due To Snow
Breaking: Snow had just started to fall in town Saturday morning; the National Weather Service is predicting 3 to 6 inches will fall.
BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Recreation Department has canceled all activities scheduled for Saturday afternoon have been canceled.
The announcement came as snow had just started to fall in the township, but with radar showing more appears to be on the way.
The cancellations include every Recreation Department activity scheduled to begin after noon, including wrestling, basketball photos and any games, officials said.

Additionally, the Brick Township School District sent out a Honeywell alert saying its buildings would close at noon, according to recipients of the alert.
All Brick Township Recreation activities scheduled after 12pm today (basketball, wrestling, basketball pictures, etc) have been cancelled due to expected inclement weather.
