Brick School Board Meeting Thursday; Board Shifts Dates For 2017

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Board of Education will be meeting again this Thursday, one week after the board held its reorganization meeting.

The meeting was among the list of dates approved by the school board when it reorganized last week and is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the auditorium at Brick Township High School. The dates represent a departure from the past few years, where the board met the third or fourth Thursday of the month. The 2017 dates are the second Thursday of the month.

The full list of meeting dates for the board follows. All of the meetings are scheduled for Thursdays at 7 p.m.

All of the meetings will be held in the auditorium at Brick Township High School except the Feb. 9 meeting, which is scheduled to be held at Brick Memorial High School.

The public hearing on the 2017-18 school budget is scheduled for April 27.
