Brick School Board Reorganizing, Holding Full Meeting Wednesday
The meeting originally was scheduled for last week until the blizzard hit.
BRICK, NJ — The reorganization meeting of the Brick Township Board of Education that was scuttled last week due to the blizzard is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 10.
The reorganization meeting is set for 6 p.m., and a notice on the school district's website said an executive session and regular board meeting will follow the reorganization.
The meeting is beig held at the Professional Development Center at 101 Hendrickson Ave.

The agenda for the board meeting (click here) includes plans to hire an attorney for contract negotiations from January through June 30, the time frame that coincides with the ongoing search for a new superintendent.
The main meeting agenda also includes plans to award architect services for a heating/ventilation/air conditioning project at Veterans Memorial Middle School auditorium and a roof project at Drum Point Elementary School.
