Brick School Bus Rear-Ended, No Injuries: Authorities
The accident happened in front of Brick Plaza, according to witnesses.
BRICK, NJ — There were no injuries Friday afternoon when a vehicle rear-ended a Brick Township school bus in front of Brick Plaza, a school district official said.
Witnesses told Patch the vehicle had hit the back of a 23-passenger Brick Township School District bus about 3 p.m. The bus was headed east on Chambers Bridge Road at the time, the witnesses said.
Brick Township Superintendent Gerald Dalton confirmed there was an accident. There were students on the bus.

"No one was injured," Dalton said.
Witnesses said the students appeared to be preschool aged and seemed calm. Police were on the scene.

The vehicle that hit the bus suffered significant damage to its front end but witnesses said that driver appeared to be OK.
