Brick Schools Announce Delayed Opening For March 8

The district made the announcement as the storm continues bring snow and icy conditions to the area.

BRICK, NJ — Brick Township's public schools will have a 90-minute delayed opening on Thursday, March 8, as a result of the winter storm that continues to drop snow across the region.

District officials will be keeping an eye on the weather and conditions into the early morning.

The delayed opening means the morning BEST program is canceled. Morning classes at the Ocean County Vocational Schools also are canceled.
