Brick Schools Cancel Afternoon, Evening Activities Tuesday

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township School District has canceled afternoon and evening activities for Tuesday, March 20.

Officials made the announcement Tuesday afternoon.

The BEST program will operate as scheduled, the district said. All other activites have been canceled.

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning on Tuesday morning that extends through early Thursday. A nor'easter that is expected to hit in two waves is predicted to bring 8 to 12 inches of snow to much of Ocean County, as of 3 p.m. Tuesday.
